PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT

For Use of Photographs by Sevana Paints

Please read the agreement and sign your approval below.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the minor child named, grant permission to Sevana Paints Face Painting to photograph, videotape, or otherwise capture the likeness of my child during face painting activities.

I understand and agree that these images may be used in:

  • Printed promotional materials

  • Social media posts

  • Online marketing (including the business website)

  • Other related advertising and publicity efforts

I acknowledge that these images will be used solely for lawful purposes to promote or represent the services provided by Sevana Paints Face Painting.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my child’s likeness appears. I also waive any rights to compensation or ownership of the photographs or recordings.

If at any time you wish to revoke permission, please contact us at sevanapaints@gmail.com, and we will promptly remove your child’s image from future use.
